Research Interests

Mechanisms of cancer resistance in hypoxia-tolerant subterranean rodents;

• Autophagy and lifespan in rodent;

• Molecular mechanisms regulating anticancer drug resistance;

• Iron homeostasis and storage in hypoxia-tolerant mammals. Regulation of ferritin synthesis under environmental stress;

• Hepatotoxicity of anti-inflammatory and anticancer drugs: molecular and ulatrastructural aspects.
